Hurricane Irene Landfall

The star represents where I was anchored. As the eye passed over me the storm stalled, and the calm lasted for 2 hours and 40 minutes. The top wind gust measured at the ferry terminal, 15 miles away, was 115 MPH.
It was a LONG night. (The small dark circle to the left of the star is not a very compact eye, but rather an echo of the radar facility).
