Whistles were distributed to all those participating in this weekend’s fishing tournament at Emerald Isle, NC in memory of Captain Keith.

We encourge everyone to WEAR their whistles.  If you go overboard, the phone in your pocket may not work, or it may fall out.  The whistle on your wrist or clipped to your clothing or life vest could save your life.

Make it home to your family.  Keith did not.
